Windows System Administrator/Technical Consultant

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Information Technology Degree preferred
• MCSE or MCSA certification

Desired Profile:

• 3-5 years of hands-on administration experience in a Microsoft networked environment.
• Team-player committed to providing efficient service on a scheduled basis
• Strong customer–oriented attitude including:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Proven troubleshooting abilities
• In depth understanding of systems administration best practices

Required technical skills and experience:

• Windows 2000/2003 server installation and configuration
• Exchange Server 2000/2003 configuration and administration
• SQL Server 7.0/2000 administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory Management
• Security management including group policy objects
• Practical experience with LAN/WAN administration
• Knowledge of backup software and procedures
• Network/Internet E-mail configuration
• Knowledge of system recovery procedures
• Install and configure network equipment, printers, routers, firewalls,
• Perform computer hardware installation and upgrades
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (98,NT4,2000,XP)
• Understand TCP/IP networking
• Manage network software

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and support several small to medium size networks
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration procedures
• Complete network documentation
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows systems as per operational and security requirements
• Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment and systems
• Provide end user support and training as necessary
• Trouble shooting and disaster recovery

Closing Date: 6/1/06 until filled

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000/year
